1. Quiénes somos1. Who we are

Estos términos regulan los servicios de Atom 305 LLC, una compañía de Florida con sede en Miami ("Atom 305", "nosotros"). Al contratar un servicio aceptas estos términos.

These terms govern the services of Atom 305 LLC, a Florida company based in Miami ("Atom 305", "we"). By purchasing a service you accept these terms.

2. Servicios2. Services

Ofrecemos diseño y desarrollo de páginas web, alojamiento (hosting), tarjetas de presentación digitales y software de inventario. El alcance de cada proyecto se define en la propuesta que aceptas.

We provide website design and development, hosting, digital business cards and inventory software. The scope of each project is defined in the proposal you accept.

3. Pagos y suscripción3. Payments and subscription

Los planes tienen un pago inicial único y una mensualidad que se cobra por adelantado. Si un pago no se recibe, podemos suspender el servicio hasta que la cuenta se ponga al día. El dominio se paga aparte.

Plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee charged in advance. If a payment is not received, we may suspend the service until the account is current. Domains are paid separately.

4. Cancelación4. Cancellation

Puedes cancelar tu plan avisándonos por escrito. La cancelación aplica al final del período ya pagado. El pago inicial no es reembolsable una vez comenzado el trabajo.

You may cancel your plan by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Contenido y propiedad5. Content and ownership

Tú eres dueño de tu contenido: textos, fotos, logos y datos. Eres responsable de tener los derechos para usarlo. El código y las herramientas que desarrollamos siguen siendo de Atom 305, salvo que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.

You own your content: text, photos, logos and data. You are responsible for having the rights to use it. The code and tools we develop remain Atom 305's property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad6. Availability and liability

Hacemos lo razonable para mantener los servicios funcionando, pero no garantizamos que estén libres de interrupciones. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste en los últimos tres meses.

We make reasonable efforts to keep services running but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.

7. Ley aplicable7. Governing law

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
